Town Council Kitchen & Bar features a rotating, seasonal menu with from-scratch dishes, using locally-sourced produce, curated craft cocktails, and professionally selected wines from around the world.
After being founded in 2016 by Jonathan Horan, who studied French technique at Le Cordon Bleu, long-time employees Alex Fehrenbach and Executive Chef Marcos Ramirez took ownership in 2025. Their commitment to providing an elevated dining experience extends beyond the menu to ensure each guest receives exceptional service and continues to uphold TCKB’s excellence and reputation in the Fox Valley.
